Sexsmith Portable Sign Bylaws
- All signs including temporary, portable signs require a development permit.
- The cost for the Development Permit is $280.41
- Portable signs in the Town of Sexsmith shall only advertise the principal use of the premises or the principal products offered for sale on the premises.
- A maximum of 2 free standing signs are allowed on a site.
- Signs can not be located on or project over a public right-of-way.
- In the commercial district the sign size cannot exceed 16ft2 and not more than 4ft high.
- Portable signs that are illuminated are allowed provided that the source of light is suitably shielded.
